| At Ark Occupational Health we offer vaccinations and advice to help protect you from diseases that you may be exposed to at work or on holiday. |

| We begin by carrying out a risk assessment. If you are travelling overseas, this assessment will consider your destination, length of stay, living conditions and any seasonal diseases. If you are exposed to risk of disease at work we will consider the hazards and your working conditions. Our qualified nurses will then discuss and plan an immunisation programme for you to give you the best protection and they will also advise you regarding any medication you should take such as anti-malarial tablets and healthcare products that you should use such as lotions and creams. |

| The nurse will check that you are fit to receive the vaccines and she will also monitor you for any adverse reaction afterwards. |

| For company clients, we offer a booster reminder service and onsite immunisation programmes may be available. |
